This is the Ammo +6 officer this is probably only technically unused.
Furthermore, the name "Normal Bullets" implies that there might've been more than three types of ammo planned at one point. This comes after when you ask the cop outside of Carnegie for that Ammo +6, so it looks like instead of calling upon the item string itself from the system text, it was going to just display out the item name in a dialogue box. This tidbit is interesting for a few reasons. Holy out of character, Batman! Aya Brea, acting like it's a chore to help out her fellow humans?! There are a few out of character lines like this throughout the script it looks like they were still deciding some of the characters' personalities at such a late stage. Maybe this was to be found on a body that wasn't charred. Placeholder text, possibly to let the script editor know the course of events. It looks like the corpses in Carnegie Hall originally had some text attached to them. More cut text from the Ken Doll that had the privilege of going out with Aya Brea. Some superfluous text cut from Aya's date at the very start of the game. Refers to the Event Skip, which can be either accessed via GameShark code by itself or enabled in the Debug Room. Remember that the official "leave an item behind in this box?" text is "Drop an item here?". The game normally doesn't tell you in a text box what kind of item you got, it just displays the name of the item and its description in a long, thin text box above it.
